All those reviews are a bit odd for me. My father-in-law has one and we use it every day...it is wonderful. I LOVE the effieiency of having an energy star appliance that I use daily (not including the washer n' dryer!). Just today I filled up my 20oz. water bottle and it did not take me long. After 2 years of use, the cold still refrigerates and the hot still heats. I can rely on this product to privde me with the hot water I need for my tea and the cold water i need for my smoothies...much better tasting than tap water! Also, I'm not going to ding this product because of the time it takes to fill a cup...its not that big of a deal! People have just gotten lazy! With that said, I'm going to buy one for myself!

I brought this Hot Water Dispenser from Target online. It seems prefect. But the Hot Water coming is smell like plastic burn. I'm scared to use the water, because I'm pregnant. I tried to call the company and no one picking the Phone. Very sorry to buy this product. I saw several Hot Water Dispensers. But not even one taste like this. I followed instruction and washed with vinegar. Kept Vinegar one day inside this. Still no use. Don't know what to do with this.

We like table top water dispenser, because they are out of reach for our dog. Also, we only need cold water, so this is a perfect product, becuase the hot water is turned off as long as you do not turn it on. But allthough we used a liter of vinegar and water, the taste of the water coming out off the dispenser is like "burned" water. we had a Avanti table top, just for cold and room temparaure water, which was fine till it stoped working after a year.
